1 sage leaf
3/4 oz Cognac VS
3/4 oz mezcal (El Mero Mero)
1/2 oz Cocchi Tornio (Carpano Antica)
1/4 oz Cynar
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Grapefruit peel
Ingredients
Smoke sage leaf in upside-down rocks glass, then discard & add 1 large cube.
Combine all but peel in mixing glass. Wet stir & strain
Express grapefruit zest over glass & discard peel
