Mean Fiddler

1 oz Redbreast 12 year Irish Whiskey

1/2 oz Laphroaig 10 year Scotch

3/4 oz Cocchi Vermouth

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

1/2 oz Campari

2 dashes Angostura bitters 

1 barspoon (~5 ml) cinnamon syrup

Expressed lemon oil and peel for garnish

Ingredients

Wet mix

Strain into chilled Nic n Nora or coupe

Lemon garnish on rim (if desired)

[*Cinnamon Syrup: low heat, dissolve 1.5 cups of granulated sugar in 1 cup of water (don’t boil). Add 4 cracked cinnamon sticks and bring up to a simmer. Remove from heat and steep 6-12 hours. Strain off cinnamon pieces and store in the fridge]
