1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry
3/4 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
1/2 oz Cynar
1/4 oz Fernet-Branca
20 drops (2 full dashes) 50/50 bitters (Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6/Fee Brothers Orange Bitters)
Ingredients
Wet stir
Strain into chilled glass
Garnish with orange peel
Oil from one swath of orange
Served on a large ice cube
