Vieux Carre

Created during the 1930s by Walter Bergeron, a bartender at New Orleans’ legendary Carousel Bar inside the Hotel Monteleone

  • 1 oz Licor 43 (Tuaca = substitute)

  • Ingredients

    1. Wet stir until well-chilled.

    2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or a cocktail glass.

    3. Garnish with a cherry, a lemon twist or both.
