1-1/2 oz Golden Rum
2/3 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur
2/3 oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Mozart)
1 Egg - white
1 Cinnamon - stick Garnish: Orange
Ingredients
Muddle cinnamon stick in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and the remaining ingredients.
Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne coupe.
Garnish with an orange twist.
