The Golden Tree

exotic mixture of several tropical and equatorial flavors combined to create one of the perfect digestif

  • 1-1/2 oz Golden Rum

  • 2/3 oz Cointreau

  • 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur

  • 2/3 oz Lime Juice

  • 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Mozart) 

  • 1 Egg - white 

  • 1 Cinnamon - stick Garnish: Orange

Ingredients

  1. Muddle cinnamon stick in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and the remaining ingredients.

  2. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne coupe.

  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
