11⁄2 oz Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch

1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

3⁄4 oz lemon juice

1⁄2 oz simple syrup

1 dash Bittermens Grapefruit Bitters

1⁄2 strawberry as garnish

Ingredients

Gently muddle strawberry in a shaker

Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice

Strain into coupe

Garnish with half a strawberry
