Ramos Fizz by Jeffrey M.

  • 1½ oz London dry gin

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz 2:1 simple syrup

  • ½ oz ml lightly beaten egg whites

  • 4 drops orange flower water

  • 1½ oz heavy cream

  • 1½ oz club soda or sparkling mineral water, chilled

Ingredients

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon and lime juices, rich simple syrup, egg whites and orange blossom water.

  2. Shake until egg whites become frothy, about 15 seconds.

  3. Add the cream and a few ice cubes to the shaker.

  4. Shake for 10 to 12 seconds

  5. Pour the club soda into the shaker, then carefully strain contents into a chilled 12-ounce collins glass.

  6. Serve without garnish.
