  • 1-1/2oz 100% agave tequila (blanco)

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz Monin pure cane syrup (2:1)

  • 2 dash Angostura orange bitters

  • Top with brut sparkling

Ingredients

  1. Wet shake first 4 ingridients

  2. Strain into ice-filled glass

  3. Top with Champagne
