  • 1 oz. mezcal

  • 1 oz. St. Germain

  • 0.5 oz. Punt e Mes

  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice

Ingredients

  • Wet shake for 8 -10 seconds. 

  • Strain up into a cocktail glass

  • Garnish with a lemon or grapefruit peel, or with nothing at all.
