3/4 oz. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 

3/4 oz. Bénédictine DOM 

4 dashes Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters 

4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

St. George Absinthe Verte

Lemon

Ingredients

All ingredients + bitters into glass

Wet stir

Spray chilled lowball with absinthe

Pour over large cube

Express lemon peel and coat rim
