A riff on Trinidad Sour from T.C. O'Leary's in Portland
1-3/4 Irish Whiskey
3/4 Orgeat
3/4 lime
1/2 Angostura bitters
Ingredients
Add 1/4 overproof rum to coupe & light
Sprinkle 1 tsp of allspice, nutmeg, & cinnamon blend to flame
Add ice to shaker & shake well
Strain into flaming coupe
