Crisp cocktail from Paul Clarke (The Cocktail Chronicles)

  • 1-1/2 ounces gin

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 ounce Aperol

  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain

Ingredients

  1. Wet shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  2. Garnish with lemon peel.
