Variation of the negroni
1 3/4 ounces Islay scotch (such as Bowmore or Laphroaig)
3/4 ounce Cynar amaro
1/2 ounce Martini & Rossi bianco vermouth
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Ingredients
Wet stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
