Drunk Uncle

Variation of the negroni

  • 1 3/4 ounces Islay scotch (such as Bowmore or Laphroaig)

  • 3/4 ounce Cynar amaro

  • 1/2 ounce Martini & Rossi bianco vermouth

  • Garnish: grapefruit twist

Ingredients

  1. Wet stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
