  • 1/2 oz. semi-rich simple syrup

  • 1 oz. Plymouth Gin

  • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth 

  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 small egg white (~1/2 oz.) Expressed lemon oil

  • raspberry for garnish

Ingredients

Muddle raspberries + simple syrup

Dry shake all 15 seconds

Wet shake 15 seconds

Double-strain

Twist lemon over

Raspberry garnish
