From Elixir via San Francisco Cocktails

8 jumbo eggs

1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Hot water

3/4 oz rum

3/4 oz brandy

4-5 oz frothed hot milk

750ml Appleton Estate Special Rum

750ml Sacred Bond Brandy

Ingredients

Separate egg whites & yolks

Beat yolks, sugar, vanilla until thin

Another bowl beat whites, tartar until stiff & peaks

Fold yolk mixture into whites & mix until thick but light

12oz hot water in mug & let rest. Discard water & add 4oz of egg

Add rum, brandy. Top with frothed milk & stir gently

Garnish with nutmeg & serve with paddle or spoon
