Muddle 10-12 torn mint +

2 tablespoons lime juice +

<1 tablespoon superfine sugar

2-1/2 oz white rum

3+ oz club soda

In a shaker, lightly muddle the mint.

Add the rum, simple syrup and lime juice, fill with ice and strain.

Pour into a highball glass.

Top with the club soda.

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Can substitute 5+ oz of ginger ale for sugar & club soda
